Born with the gift of gab, Margaux "discovered" the cyber community thanks to the AOL teen chatrooms in the mid 90's. [CLEAN, thank you] Her interest then diverted to ezboard and LiveJournal, where she quickly discovered fashion and beauty enthusiasts outside of her suburban Maryland upbringing. She then moved to New York City to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she expanded to full on blogging, alternative media, and the cosmetics industry. [Instead of studing her textile science!]Also a highly proficient makeup artist, Margaux has worked in sales for several luxury cosmetics brands, and has worked on dozens of industry fashion shows and commerical lookbooks. She also works in television and film, in both makeup and wardrobe departments.When she's not glued to her Tweetdeck feed or Tumblr dashboard, Margaux can be found shopping for trends in SoHo, belting karaoke, (in Japanese!) or at her parents' vacation house in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Notably, she collects dresses, has way too much makeup, and loves all things 90's.Digital
